Nature Garden Company was established in Feb. 1994, governed
by Qingdao Garden Group. We have Grade-3 construction qualification,
with independent legal entity.
Credit standing is the foundation of our survival. In the
past three successive years, we got honor of Honoring Contract
and Keeping Promise. This year, we got another honor of Honoring
Contract and Keeping Promise. In 1999 examination, we are listed
in the ten enterprises,
which are free from inspection. By adhering to the principle
of “customer-orientation comes first and company interest second”
, we made joint effort to compete for general excellent engineering
to open up a new road to the future development.
Technology is our power source of development. We have a
strong technical force including personnel with junior college
degree or above, making up about 80% of the total technicians.
All the professionals from economist, accountant, and assistant
engineer to senior engineer are assigned respective tasks, with
clear-cut responsibilities and definite rights. The major technicians
all have the intermediate qualification certificate. As well
as garden greenization, we have superiority in garden construction
and garden ornaments. The following projects undertaken by us
is a strong proof for our strength:
Key projects completed by us:
1、Donghai Road Greenization Project (section from Taiwan RD
to Junmengyuan RD) was completed in 1997.
2、Guest-welcoming RD in International Airport was completed
in Agu. 1998.
3、Triangle Greenization in Zhanqiao modification project was
completed in Jun. 1999.
4、Greenization project in Fuliao Area was completed in Sept.
1999.
5、Environmental modification of Yuyuan Building was completed
by the end of 1999.
6、Modification projects in D district of Haibo River Park
7、Greenization projects in Eight Passes village. The above
projects all recognized quality projects with certificate issued.
8、In Apr. 2000, we won the bidding in 5# section of the Guest-welcoming
project with obvious superiority and reasonable cost price.
In Jun. We won the bidding in public bidding invitation in four
roads in Qingdao Economic Technological Zone with superiority.
This project costs 4 million Yuan.
Our company has been maintaining a sound growth momentum
in the last two years, expanding market of other localities:
In Linyi, we had undertook about 1 million worth of projects,
which have been completed so far. All these projects made
contributions to the development of modernization for Linyi.
We undertook greenization project of Rizhao Department Store,
covering an area of 4520 sq.m., with total cost of 1.8 million
Yuan, including some subprojects—greenization, pavement,
fountain, ornaments etc. This project has become a hot talk
among masses, which is the best place for their amusement
and entertainment.
We have a strong technical force and able to guarantee
any service. Our technical equipment covers pruning car, grab,
pit-making machine, and various engineering moulds, templates,
and graph plotter, and computer etc. Now we have about 300
mu of nursery, which has many varieties. Various construction
machines are available for us to meet the needs of construction.
The engineering department, project department, quality supervision
and planning department, and maintenance service department
have respective clear-cut responsibilities as well as considering
the coordination in work to jointly form a package service
from designing, to construction, supply of seedlings, maintenance
service.
Generally speaking, through operation of many years with devotion,
and continuous optimization management, now we have a specific
scale and strong technical force, ensuring the top quality
