Qingdao Garden Group CO., Ltd. (State-owned) is a large-size
comprehensive enterprise integrating planning, designing, engineering
supervision, building, maintaining, seeding bed, flower management,
gardening machines management, sculptures, classic architecture,
decorations, real estate development, and husbandry management
and etc. We have a group of excellent personnel with high level
of designing, and advanced machines, and strict scientific management.
Now our one enterprise has been conferred National First-class
Qualification of Greenization projects, and two with Two-Grade,
five with five-grade Qualification, and 13 with Three Grade
Qualification. One of garden planning institutes has got A-grade
qualification, one with B-grade, another three with C-grade
qualification. Also, we sucessfully conducted cooperation with
Rainbow Scape in Korea and Neitian Huanyi Co in Japan. Our group
has obtained certifications for ISO9001 quality administration
system, and ISO14001 Environmental System. In 2003, we passed
the certification of 3A in corporate credit. Our group has nursery
of 2600 mu, a staff of 1100 personnel, and a fixed asset of
180 million Yuan, with annual construction value coming to over
100 million Yuan.
Over many years, we have played an active part in the large
garden greenization projects in Shandong including Qingdao.
We have undertaken about 600 projects of planning, designing,
building in or outside Shandong including 30 large size comprehensive
garden projects and 36 key constructions of the city, with its
excellence rate reaching 98%. Among them, the Environment Greenization
Project on the Donghai Road and May 4th Square project have
got the Golden Cup for Municipal Projects, and Luban Award for
China Architecture Projects. And we also got Golden Cup for
China Municipal Projects of 2000 for HK Road Reconstruction,
and Mount. tai Cup for Shandong Architecture Quality, and Qingdao
Cup, Shandong Excellent Residence Quarters for The 3rd district
of Fushan District, Good Example for Inhabited Environment Improvement
issued by UN Dibai International. The environmental projects
in Donghai RD, and HK RD got China Human Habitat Model Award,
and Shandong Human Habitat Award in 2002. In 2003, Qingdao Credit
Standing Evaluation Commission recognized us as AAA Grade Enterprise
after inspection. At the same time, We got Advanced Unit in
Security in four successive years.
In order to improve the our greenization level of city and
living standard of residents, to provide an elegant and entertaining
environment, we have undertaken such reconstructions as Qingdao
Animal Zoo, Famous Figures Sculptures, Xiao Yushan Park, Little
Qingdao Park, and Ba Da Guan, Qingyin Expressway, Binhai Pedestrian
Street, and some greenization projects such as Fushan District.
At the same time, we brought our talents and capital resources
to full play in fierce competition in hope to create the brand
of Qingdao Garden. Moreover, we have undertaken dozens of projects
in shandong even across China including Wenzhou Xinghe Square,
Dongchang Lake Belt Co. Road Greenization of Development Zone
of Lianyungang City and other key projects of other cities,
totalling about 50 successful tenderings.
The seeding bed area and the variety of seeding and flowers
are ranked first in Shandong. Qingdao Fruit Gardening Farm got
listed in Top Ten of Shandong Seeding Field in 1997. Among 200
varieties of evergreen and deciduous trees and some climbers,
most of them are high in survival rate and reasonable in price
and complete in specifications. Our products are very popular
in China market with high credibility.
Qingdao Sculpture Arts and Crafts Factory is a sole state-owned
enterprise engaged in garden sculptures with high craftwork,
and designing ability. Our products in Qingdao, Jinan, Xuzhou,
and Rizhou and etc all enjoy great popularity.
We are also ranked first in classic architecture and rockeries,
fountain and large size equipment. Our excellent techniques
are thoroughly represented in Tide Pavilion, Huilan Pavilion,
Pagoda in Zhanshan Temple, and European-style fountain of Haijing
Garden and many other quality projects.
